1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Digitalsau ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operated from Ambala City, Haryana, India.

By accessing our website digitalsau.in, enrolling in our courses, using our student portal, or engaging our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

• Industry-recognized certification upon completion
• Placement assistance and career support

3. Course Enrollment & Fees

3.1 Enrollment

To enroll in any course, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Complete the registration process via our student portal or office
• Pay the applicable course fees as communicated at the time of enrollment

3.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full or in installments as agreed upon at the time of enrollment
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, enrolled students will not be affected by price changes
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash at our office, or through approved payment gateways

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@digitalsau.in
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
• Any promotional discounts or offers applied at the time of enrollment will be deducted from the refund amount
• Course materials, recordings, and portal access will be revoked upon refund

4. Student Portal & Account

4.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account
• One account per student — sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited

4.2 Acceptable Use

When using the student portal, you agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials, recordings, or portal content
• Use the portal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or system resources
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access portal content

5. Digital Marketing Service Agreements

5.1 Scope of Work

For digital marketing services, the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal document shared with each client before project commencement.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and information
• Approve creative materials, ad copies, and campaign strategies within agreed timelines
• Ensure ad budgets are funded as per the agreed schedule
• Provide truthful and accurate business information

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on digitalsau.in — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, course materials, videos, code, and software — is the property of Digitalsau or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

By submitting any content through our services (e.g., testimonials, reviews, project submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for promotional and educational purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our course materials or website content without written permission
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior authorization
• Create derivative works based on our proprietary content
• Screen-record, download, or redistribute course videos and training sessions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Digitalsau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates, Meta policy changes) that may affect service outcomes

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease
• For course students: If terminated for violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided
• For service clients: Termination terms will be as specified in the individual Service Agreement

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digitalsau, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our services
• Content you submit through our platforms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
